Pumice is a natural volcanic stone, formed from the lava of ancient eruptions. All the pumice we use is authentic and hand-collected from Santorini, Greece, making each creation truly unique.

🎨 Are all your items handmade?

Yes — every piece is handcrafted with care in our Santorini workshop. Each miniature house, church, or sculpture is made with love, using natural materials and inspired by Cycladic architecture.

📦 How long does it take to ship my order?

We usually process orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location:

🌍 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide with tracking number provided for every order.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed via Etsy. You can use major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods accepted on Etsy.

🎁 Can I send an item as a gift?

Absolutely! Just leave us a note at checkout. We’re happy to include a handwritten message and ship directly to the recipient.

🧼 Are the items treated or coated in any way?

We leave the pumice stone in its natural, untreated form, to preserve its authentic texture and volcanic beauty. Only minimal sealing is used if necessary to enhance durability.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your item.

💔 What if my item arrives damaged?

If your piece arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We’ll do our best to replace or refund your item.
